Shavegress is harvested from the Horsetail plaint, and originates from many areas around the world. This plant is considered a living fossil, with many of its species being extinct. Horsetail is also known as Snakeweed, Skeletonweed, or Scouring Rush.

A few magical uses : boundaries, commitments, fertility, snake charming . It is said that using its stems to whistle will call snakes.
